Question Assorted Insects from Emu Bottom , Sunbury - Part 1.

[justify]I spent a few hours down at Emu Bottom on the 30/12/22 and caught a mixed bunch of critters , it was a warm day and everything was out and about .[/justify]
Photos 1 & 2 - Spotted Hoverfly - Family Syrphidae , Tribe Eristalini , Genus Austalis.

Photos 3 - 5 - Spotted Eye Hoverfly - Native Drone Fly (Eristalinus punctulatus) Family Syrphidae , Tribe Eristalini , Genus Eristalinus .

Photos 6 - 9 - Soldierflies

Photo 10 - Unknown Fly sp.

Photo 11 - Juvenile Stink Bug

Photo 12 - Leafhopper sp.

Photo 13 - A bunch of small Parasitic Wasps that were all together on a gum leaf , they are only about half the size of a smallish Mosquito .

Photo 14 - A very small Midge , it is only about half the size of the Parasitic Wasps.

Photos 15 - 19 - A very small unidentified Weevil and a small unidentified Beetle .

Photo 20 - Plague Soldier Beetles (Chauliognathus lugubris)

Photo 21 - Spider Hunting Wasp .

Photo 22 - Unidentified Beetle .

Photos 23 - 26 - This is a type of Fly I've never caught before , i believe it is of the Family Rhiniidae , Stomorhina sp .

Photos 27 - 30 - Midge sp .

Photos 31 - 33 - Midge sp .

Photo 34 - Extremely small Beetles , entomological pin for size perspective .

Photo 35 - Some type of small Bee .

Photos 36 & 37 - This unusual hunch-backed Fly i believe is of the Depressa sp .

Photos 38 & 39 - Another two of the Stomorhina sp . I think they maybe male and female by the different eye shape ...... maybe !

Photo 40 - Unidentified Midge .

Photos 41 - 43 - Another 3 shots of a couple of different Spotted Eye Hoverflies , once again I'm thinking male and female because of the eyes  ...... maybe .

Photos 44 & 45 - Another extremely small Midge , photo 44 is a little out of focus as this Midge is only the size of a pin head .

Photos 46 - 50 - Unidentified Diptera sp .
