When you use the 'NEW TOPIC' button at the top of the main page, make sure you select the correct category where your post should go from the Drop Down Menu. Otherwise ALL New Topics end up in the TAXONOMY Section.
5th Pic - I found the green eggs but not the ham ! .... if anyone knows what laid those sort of eggs , please let me know .
6th Pic - a nice little Spider on a tree in the Wombat State Forest . It is a member of the Nicodamidae family .
Pics 7 & 8 - are of a couple of Ghost Moths on my bosses house near Sunbury.
Pic 9 - An ant milking some scale insects in the Wombat State Forest
Pic 10 - Harlequin Bugs wintering under bark (7/5/22)
Pic 11 - Mealy Bug (Pseudococcidae) on gum tree in the Wombat State Forest (16/4/22)
Pics 12 and 13 - As yet unidentified fly and beetle ( no it's not a Ladybug , more like the shape of a Eucalypt Leaf Beetle)
Pics 14,15 & 16 are Eucalypt Leaf Beetles that were on a few different varieties of shrub , they were more predominant on the shrub in pics 15 and 16 which looks like something in the Broome Family .
Pics 17 and 18 - Two photos of the same fungus fly , after it got tired of me taking photos of it on the fern it flew up onto the gum leaf where it thought i couldn't see it .
Pic 19 - another unidentified beetle .
Pic 20 - a neat looking plant hopper, once again on my favourite tree the Wattle ,.You'll notice a lot of my photos are on Wattles , i catch many different types of insects on them , they rarely disappoint .
