Botany Bay Weevil on Wattle Tree banch near Eildon around 1999 / 2000 - photo 3 .
Red Admiral Butterfly in NZ , this species is endemic to NZ as it's Caterpillars live on NZ Bush Nettle -photo 7 .
Yellow Admiral on gum tree , Maude , NSW , 2/2000 - photo 8 .
Nephila Spider in web strung across a track on Xmas Island in 2011 when i was working there , it was about 100 mm across by 150 mm down .... i wanted to bring it home so bad - photo 9 .
These are the trees the Nephila Spider had it's web between over the track , i got my mate in the photo for some size perspective - photo 16 .

RECENT PHOTOS
Juvenile Katydid sp. on wildflower in Kimbolton State Forest , Eppalock , Jan this year (2022) , the Forest was smothered in flowers due to wet spring , best I've seen in many years - photo 10 .
Unidentified Moth found on Wattle Tree on Zig Zag Rd , Tulla Vale ..... No longer unidentified .... Bert tells me it's from the Lasciocampidae family , Genduara genus - photo 11 .

Meat Ants attending a Leafhopper species - photos 14 & 15 .
My brother in law caught a Praying Mantis and brought it around but i didn't have the heart to kill it , I've got a soft spot for them , i think they're awesome , so i put it out the back and took a pic - photo 17 .
Was fluffing around in the garden a little while ago (24/3/23) near a lavender bush and i stumbled across this - photos 18 & 19 .
Another close-up of an Orb Web Spider holding a line attached to it's web while it hides on a tree (same thing as photo 4 ) This big one was in the Heathcote/Graytown National Park - photo 20 .
